The authorized generic Sodium Oxybate Oral Solution co-pay savings program is a coupon benefit, not prescription drug coverage or insurance. This benefit is available to residents of the U.S. and Puerto Rico who have commercial insurance with co-pay/co-insurance that exceeds $30 per prescription. Patients are not eligible if they are enrolled in any state or federally funded healthcare program including, but not limited to, Medicare, Medicare Part D, Medicaid (including Medicaid managed care), Medigap, VA, FEHB, DOD, TRICARE or a state pharmacy assistance program.
